« I got to the hotel front door and it had been closed for 3 months as they were refurbishing the whole building. Nobody had told me about this during the reservation, which was prepaid by the way. It took me one hour and a half on the phone in 3 different languages to find out I needed to go to a hotel next door where my room was waiting. Nobody (Hotels.com nor the 2 hotels) had sent me a message to let me know the change. I was very tired when I got there and this precious lost time made me miss...

« Staff was polite, room was clean, nothing fancy but worked well for us! Three teenagers with us enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was delicious. Here during the snow storm, staff accommodated a late check out for us which was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious! »
