« Breakfast on day 1 was good but on day 2 I ordered oatmeal and it was so thick it was hard to eat. Not sure if it had been sitting out and reheated or what. I'm sure if I would have asked the staff they would have swapped it out but I didn't. »

« I got to the hotel front door and it had been closed for 3 months as they were refurbishing the whole building. Nobody had told me about this during the reservation, which was prepaid by the way. It took me one hour and a half on the phone in 3 different languages to find out I needed to go to a hotel next door where my room was waiting. Nobody (Hotels.com nor the 2 hotels) had sent me a message to let me know the change. I was very tired when I got there and this precious lost time made me miss...
