Hotels met roomservice in Central Philippines Region

'Positive note: I smelt the freshness of the beddings. The staff were friendly and smiling. Negative notes: the toilet seat was ill-fitted , I end up sitting on the toilet bowl as the seat kept sliding backwards. The carpet was stained needs a good shampooing or replacing. I wiped the bed side table and telephone apparatus and they were really dusty and grubby. Food in the restaurant was costly for it's quality.'

'Twee nachten geweest, prima hotel. '

'Overall review All good!'

'SM mall'

'The staff are friendly and attentive.'

'The staff were very helpful. Everything was good except for the restroom. We had a problem with the toilet flush and the bathtub. The toilet flush issue was resolved, but the bathtub problem remained. I upgraded the room for this reason because my kids love bathtubs. Location is perfect as it is right next to the mall.'

'Decent place to stay while in the small urban community of Concepcion. Hospitable and accommodating staff.'

'The hotel is located in a quiet area that's accessible to many POIs. The breakfast buffet featured very good foods. Weekends are ideal since the band plays Friday and Saturday. I thoroughly enjoyed my short weekend here.'

'De mensen van het hotel waren zeer behulpzaam! '

'I was really looking forward to this stay. The pictures online are beautiful, reality was a bit different. The staff were nice and helpful. The bed and the surfaces were clean, under the cabinets was filthy and there were spiderwebs in the corners of the room. A light was in poor repair and falling off the wall. There are many lights in the room but only one light in the bathroom. I was only provided with two bath towels, hand towels and face cloths would have been nice.'

'Nice place'

'Staff were amazing and friendly. Door guys were nice and I give Robert 5 stars for friendliness. Rooms were clean and spacious. Had a room looking out on the red street. A little noisy at night only because of the night life. But would stay there again when I return.'
