« The staff were excellent! The breakfast was hot and delicious I can’t believe how good the biscuits and gravy was! The pool area was also wonderful I could not get my 5 year old son out of it! We will be staying here for every future visit! »

« The pictures are not what they are. No bar open no bartender any night,the tiki bar is not open. Closed down. No housekeeping at all, never cleaned were told for the length of stay they do not even tho we were there three days so had to go and get two more coffees each day. Told four different things for our room by 4 different people. « Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast. Rooms was nice, full fridge, stocked kitchen area. Halls clean. Pool area was clean. »

« No morning breakfast was offered as part of the stay. Was not a fan of body wash, in lieu of a bar of soap. Bed was a bit lumpy as well. Everything else was fine. »

We had no issues with parking on any of the 4 days there. 2 small things I found different but not serious. For breakfast there was no salt or pepper for taste. Our room while kept clean and stocked our dirty towels piled up. Again, neither item was in anyway an issue that would cause me to complain or not suggest others to stay at the Wausau Hampton Inn. »

« Something went wrong when I made my original booking on Expedia and the payment did not go through to Americinn. When I got checked i, I realized that Americinn had charged me again for the room. Nothing has been taken off my bank account yet.....so I paid double for the room. This is Expedia's fault not Americinn. »

« Staff was excellent, and I understand that this is the cheapest hotel in Wausau. However the people that were staying there were mostly drug addicts, there were a few nights I had watched drunks slouched over by the doors, people talking to themselves and whatnot. One night I had a drunk guy in his 50s knocking on my door multiple times over the span of an hour because he was too drunk to realise he was at the wrong door. If you need a quick stay and you’re low on funds stay here but if you can...

« Didn’t like nothing about it!!! Had to move rooms in middle of night cuz the children of the place kept slamming the outside doors open and closed!!! Moved room then my 2 yr old had found two different types of pills in her pull out bed!!! Had to keep asking for towels and other room services to be done!!! »
