'I had a very disappointing stay at this Super 8. The room smelled strongly of mold and was very dark and damp, making it uncomfortable to spend any time in. The air felt heavy, and it seemed like there was little to no ventilation.
The shower was another issue—the water had a strange, unpleasant smell and the water pressure was uncomfortably strong. It didn’t feel clean or refreshing at all.
To top it off, the swimming pool didn’t seem well-maintained either. The water didn’t look clean and...

'This is the second time I have stayed at the Frances. I often travel for work, and found this gem last minute, and have been wowed both times with the beauty and hospitality of this Inn. It doesn’t help that this location is 6 minutes from work and the restaurant serves great food. This is now my work home away from home!'

'I booked king bed non smoking room; but when I checked in with receptionist, she didn’t bother to tell me the room she gave me is accessibility room and has double twin beds. I could have make big deal about it, but I was exhausted from the flight and I didn’t bother to go down and wait an other hours to get an other bed. All I can do just leave a review.'

'Please read carefully, one portion of the property is a hostel and the other portion is a hotel.
I accidently booked a hostel room, thankfully I was able to upgrade to a regular room. This is in east Austin, there is a lot of night life in this area, so do keep that in mind as well.

'The place was really clean and the breakfast was actually really good!
I did wake up to a 7am fire alarm and the people next doors kids were loud af on top of the noisy AC, but I paid $65 so I cant complain lol
Front desk was great and the breakfast was legit and it was clean af so thats all that matters and can be controlled by the staff.'

'Ok si when checking in I would rate the staff horrible. But the next day with different staff they were incredible. However there was a terrible ringing in the bathroom Then a dog didn’t stop barking. Altogether it was not a great stay. But I think the staff who corrected the terrible attitude of check in.'
