« I reckon every time house keeping comes in they should replace towels and sheets , as we stayed for more then 3 nights and noticed the first time they came in they used the same sheets. We knew it was the same sheets because we took them off the first night and left it on the floor and we came back and noticed the same sheets were on the bed. Besides that we enjoyed our stay staff were very friendly and welcoming, Will definitely be back in the future. »

« From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were super lovely. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious. The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. »

« This hotel is in a convenient location in the central coast. Parking is free outside but is $20 a day if you want under cover parking. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. It is not a 24 hour reception place. The gym and pool are attached to the recreation club next door. Its a hidden gem hotel for this area. »

« This was my first time staying in this apartment and i can tell you that this place was fantastic, I can't commend them high enough. I ran extremely late for my check in,which was amazing as they allowed me in before 2pm and I was able to receive a late checkout which was even better due to my situation. « Excellent motel we were warmly welcomed by the owners. Clean, renovated, calm by the beach. Breakfast served to the room. I asked for a microwave and 2 minutes later it was in the room. Excellent service i strongly recommand it. Keep up your good work. »

« All the staff members were friendly and thoughtful. The cabin was compact (pretty small) but modern, really clean and practical. 2 x Good swimming pool, 2 x Good Jumping pillow, for both little ones and bigger kids. The staff and cleaners were working hard every day to keep this holiday resort nice and clean. There is a massive playground including a big skate park nearby. We had a great stay and so we would like to come back here one day. Highly recommend. »

« Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. »
