'Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. '

'Smokers outside close to the door made that smell float in. The staff member who checked me in was not professional appearing in physical clothing but in attitude. Weed smell in elevator. Room was adequate at best. Ice machine did not work on my floor and stopped working on the next I tried. When asked about my stay, I replied 'no, I didn't enjoy it' and she did not follow up reply 'oh I'm sorry ' or 'what was the issue' or 'what can we do better'. I canceled staying there on my return trip.'

'Good spot, the room was clean, and the service was friendly. Simple details like the bathroom curtains looking a bit dirty, having a dirty balcony, but overall it was a nice place. I slept well, and it was pet-friendly. They had a private parking lot, which felt safe. '
