'Room was not cleaned. There was stains on the floor and the sheets. The sheets and comforter had holes. The bathroom looked like it wasn't cleaned as well. The lobby, hallways, and rooms smelled of smoke really bad. We walked in and left.'

'Hidden gem in the country. This apartment was perfect for our trip to visit family. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a small kitchen and laundry facilities. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. My teenager even brought his fishing pole and spent some time fishing on the property. It was nice to be out in the country-nice and quiet. Hosts were welcoming and friendly. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip. '

'Great place to stay in Mena. It was so clean and we loved the decor. The hot tub was an added plus. You can walk to ice cream and breakfast. It’s in a great location. You need to be okay with stairs to rent this place- there are several steps up to the door. They had coffee and cream and sugar! They also have a washer dryer. Really everything you need. The beds are comfy. Towels and sheets are nice. It was just wonderful.'
