'Our recent stay at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge was a wonderful experience overall. While the main lobby is currently under construction, the hotel has done a great job relocating check-in, dining, and lounge services to the golf clubhouse, which was well organized and welcoming.

'Room was quiet and bed was comfy. Bathroom walls were dinged up and definitely showed it's age (shower curtain had stains, blow dryer was dangling from metal wall plate by cord, tiles cracked and sealant/grout missing, etc). Microwave and fridge were unplugged, which we didn't notice until the last day. Blackout curtains were great. Plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
