We also had some difficulties with the remote (either it wasn’t working or we just weren’t smart enough to know how to use it) and they brought another one up right away. 'As usual a nice stay. Wanted to check in early but room wasn’t quite ready. Nicole at front desk got room finished, checked me in, and then phoned me when all was complete. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was no bacon at included bfast :).'
