'We had a very disappointing experience at this property. We had to change rooms three times because every room had a different problem. The check-in process was difficult and stressful, and we experienced issues from the moment we arrived. The rooms did not even have toilet paper. They were not properly cleaned—there was hair everywhere, and the trash bin was still full of garbage left by the previous guests. 'Accomodation is ok but a loud whistle noise coming from the main reception woke us up at 4am. The fire alarm went off at 4.45 am in the main reception. It was awfully loud. Someone turned it off 10 mins later but it went off 3 more times after. Very bad sleep, practically none existent. Reception said in the morning that someone was smoking in their room, however the alarm was activated at the main reception. Also the fire box in the corridor was smashed. 'Good area close to lots of good eats and shopping. Nice place, easy to find and check in was seamless.'

Security was great, but lots of codes needed to get access to the building, my floor and my room, but that wasnt a problem for me, as I had them all on my phone. Nice clean room. 'Very clean room, with enough space for 2, fully functioning kitchen. Very easy self service entry, keep in mind you need internet upon your arrival as your entry code will be available on your arrival day. The appartement is located next to busses/metro to get to the city center in a few minutes. There is a store nearby. Would definetely recommend this place and I would come back if I would visit budapest again'
