Lodges in Centraal Pennsylvania

'Definitely pros and cons here... It was a neat property, cute rustic feel and very clean. It was also in route to our destination so that was good. The restaurant was nice and the staff was friendly. The parking was well lit and convenient. What we didnt care for was that there was a group of people who pretty much took over the lodge, they stayed in the common area the most of the time (and took all the ice). They were not bad people or anything just overwhelming. There was very little privacy...

'We enjoyed the privacy of our cabin at The Lodges at Gettysburg. The setting is beautiful. The cabin was tidy and check-in/check-out was very smooth.'

'The place smelled horrible, and I had to request clean sheets for the bed. Also the furniture was stained. I would not recommend.'

'10/10 absolutely dreamy lodge! We had a large group and still felt like there was plenty of space for all of us. The property is gorgeous as are the views from the porch. The kitchen was perfect for our large group. We had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.'

'I just want to say Michelle was a wonderful host.if we had a question she answered in a quickly manner! I would advise if you are thinking about renting this place Make sure you rent this in a quickly manner as people rent it quick.MICHELLE HAD ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME! The beds were comfortable and the furniture in all rooms was very comfortable. And I must say the pool inside was beautiful. Please take my advise when I tell you to rent it MAKE SURE YOU DO SINCERELY THE SUDERS'

'My son and I stayed here so we could be part of Bike Week in Gettysburg. The location of this facility was ideal for us as the major crowds in downtown were far enough away that they did not impact our ability to go and do what we wanted when we wanted. Having a washer and dryer on the premises was also a bonus. The bar and restaurant (The Eagle & The Owl) has very good food, excellent servers, and overall great value. we will be back next year.'
