'The facility was close to the Carlisle Fairgrounds but also centrally located in the town. It is located away from the main road with a fence separating the property from the main highway. It has a large parking lot, a covered entryway and is a quiet facility. It is modern with a friendly, helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast was very good with snacks available after breakfast. We hope to stay there on our next trip.'

'We love staying at the Nittany Lion Inn; we have stayed many times throughout the years. The staff is always wonderful, and everything is very clean. The hotel is just beautiful. This time, and this is the first time that this has happened to us, our room would not cool down. We are not sure if something was wrong with the a/c unit, but our room was actually hot, and we set the thermostat to the lowest setting. It was very difficult to sleep because of this issue.'

Started calling the property at 0800, everything said refer email, could not call and talk to a human. Tried calling Expedia. Everything was AI. Was going to be charged an ADDITIONAL $25 to cancel one night with no refund of the cancelled night. Tried to change the dates, still making it a three night...
