'I had a horrible experience. I booked in advance and when arrived they have given my room up because I didn’t checkin by 6pm and we arrived around 8pmbut I paid for the room already. This was during a busy weekend where the furniture convention was in town and every hotel was book within and 1 and 10mins distance. We were lucky to have found a motel which was horrible and dirty but we had no choice e. This hotel left us in a city with no hotel, no other options and the night staff was so rude...

'I enjoyed my stay however I think the property needs to take a look at the mold in the shower. We were able to wipe it off of the ceiling in the shower however the bottom of the shower door was very disgusting. The staff can only do so much. Management needs to do a cleaning of this area. This is something I can’t expect the housekeeper to handle. Overall the hospitality made the issue not so huge! However Fix It!!!!'

'The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. Check-in was slow but it appeared to be complicated software. The room and bathroom were clean. Third floor elevator request button would not light so I could never be sure the elevator was coming. The bed was comfortable but I really wish hotels would provide a few pillows with volume as opposed to puffy pillows that flatten as soon as they are put to use.'
