« Checking awful.we were not registered. I booked a room premium with balcony. Room dark up the ski store rental with no view and no balcony.the worst room in the hotel i guess.when we check out they charged the 2 nights!! Forget the check in team at aspen st regis. »

« One slow elevator for half the hotel … valet service average on arrival , room service charges outrageous and price of food ridiculously expensive eg $5 for a slice of toast $8 for an orange juice before tray charge and 20% gratuity … ski room service also mediocre … would never go back »
