« Definitely on par with Ameristar or any of the nice hotels in Vegas. Casino staff were personable and helpful, wait staff very attentive. We had a king room, very well-appointed; grateful our bell hop advised us about the "weight-balanced" mini-bar/frig charges. « Wonderful hotel with great access to the main restaurants and an easy hike up the mountain over to the gondola ~ 3.5 mile hike. Hotel had excellent health club. Fantastic staff throughout the hotel (lobby bar had perfect lunch and drink options along with nice repartee with staff while awaiting food), also a great breakfast downstairs. Was close to Gorsuch (hot chocolate = amazing!). Went to Slice of Italy, The stewpot and Il Poggio near by for dinner’s - outside (very good). Love skiing and...

« Checking awful.we were not registered. I booked a room premium with balcony. Room dark up the ski store rental with no view and no balcony.the worst room in the hotel i guess.when we check out they charged the 2 nights!! Forget the check in team at aspen st regis. »
