'It’s always a pleasure to return to the Pestana Palace. There is always a warm welcome and the concierge and reception staff are excellent. It’s the beginning of the season so the waiting and room service staff aren’t 100% on top of things yet, but overall it’s still a lovely hotel. '

'Beautiful hotel, perfect location and friendly staff. Although it remains unpleasant to get hotel rooms that are visible less clean than others when you travel with a dog. You have to pay 50 euro/night warranty. For that money you expect a better room.'
