This Home is Centrally Located and is within 5 minutes from locations such as: The Villages Charter Highschool and it's stadiums, The Tracy Performing Arts Center, and East Port Town Square.



The Space:

This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for families or couples looking to explore all that WaterEdge Village has to offer!



Bedrooms:



King Bedroom: The master suite comes with a king bed, and sports a tv. You'll also enjoy having access to your own bathroom and walk in closet.



Queen Bedroom: Offers a very comfortable adjustable queen bed.



Kid Room: The Kid bedroom has a unique couch that can be configured to your kids liking, there is also a tv that is on a moveable mount so that your kids can watch their favorite movie before bed.



Bathrooms:



Bathroom 1: En-suite in master bedroom. Has a double sink area so both can set up their toiletries without worrying about running out of space. You will also enjoy a beautiful walk in shower!



Bathroom 2: Sits between bedroom 2 & 3. It offers a shower and bathtub combo to fit your preference, along with giving you enough space to get ready for an evening out on the square!



Guest Access:

You will have full and private access to the entire single level home during your stay. This includes three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining area. We provide free parking on the premises for your convenience.



The Neighborhood:

You will be staying in The Village of WaterEdge. It is very quiet, and the neighbors are very friendly. Never seen without a smile on their faces, and always willing to give their recommendations on their favorite restaurants or shops!

This goes directly toward coordinating an expedited turnover with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the home is sparkling and ready for your arrival. Just let us know if you'd like to add this to your stay!



Priority Check Out:

Not a morning person? We get it! Skip the rushed packing and enjoy one last slow breakfast. We offer a Late Check Out at 12:00 PM (standard is 10:00 AM) for just $20.



This fee allows us to bring in a larger cleaning team to ensure the home is still perfectly prepped for our next guests on a tighter timeline. Treat yourself to those extra two hours of relaxation!



Pet Fee:

Pets are family, and we’re happy to host yours! We charge a small $75.00 pet fee to give our home an extra thorough clean after your stay, making sure every guest enjoys a pristine experience.
