Nestled among pines in a quiet cove, this lakeside home blends luxury with nature. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame stunning views of Squam Lake and the surrounding mountains — the scenery becomes part of every room


The Setting

One of the quietest coves on the lake, with minimal boat traffic, a private hot tub overlooking the water, and a private dock for swimming, fishing, or launching a boat. Center Harbor is 10 minutes away; Meredith is 15.


On the Water

Swim, kayak, or paddleboard right from your dock — kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are included. The calm, clear water is ideal for all ages.


On Land

Dozens of hiking trails nearby, from the peak of Mount Morgan to easy lakeside walks. Nearby towns offer dining, outdoor markets, and seasonal festivals.


The Home

A spacious, open floor plan comfortably accommodates multigenerational groups. The kitchen features a double oven, gas stove, and generous prep space. Inside, gather around the fireplace; outside, dine on the deck, unwind by the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub under the stars.

An amazing lakefront stay with family

Easily one of our best short term rentals, and the kindest homeowners. The house is exactly as pictured, with plenty of room for our multigenerational family vacation, with folks ranging from 4 to 65. Truly a joyful stay; we hope to be back again. Wonderful lake vacation

The house was beautiful as were the surroundings. Hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, and exploring islands on the canoe were amazing! Such a special place. The hosts are very welcoming and hospitable. Great communication.

Beautiful property. House was wonderful and well stocked and clean. Owner very responsive to questions. Kayaks, canoe, paddle boards were great. Nice calm cove. Saw a Bald Eagle and several loons from the dock and while paddling around. Very close to local amenities. Loved it.

The house was exactly as advertised; we had a fun weekend swimming, hot tubbing, grilling, and playing board games at the big dining room table. Gorgeous family retreat

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The location was wonderful, on a quiet Squam Lake cove and only a 5 minute drive from Center Harbor. The design of the house was amazing, with communal areas being open and inviting with the best views of the lake. Bedrooms were well laid-out and accommodating. It was a real treat to stay there!

Great place to work and relax

I took my team to this lovely home in NH for our twice-yearly in-person staff retreat. It was the perfect place for us to do some hard work — and to have some time to enjoy just being, both by ourselves and together. The layout of the kitchen / great room / dining space was particularly conducive to spending time working together. We really enjoyed our time and hope to go back.

We enjoyed three nights in this beautiful home on Squam Lake. Nestled in the pine forest on the edge of the Lake, it affords beautiful views of the surrounds. Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. We had such a wonderful week in this stunning home. Magical and Memorable Holiday!

This home is as beautiful as it looks! The hosts were very gracious and thoughtful about making our stay absolutely wonderful. It was the perfect place to spend Christmas with our adult sons and 94-year-old dad. We enjoyed cooking meals together in the large kitchen and gathering around the wood-burning fireplace.
