I guess she was waiting for me to drop all my stuff in the lobby...panties and all. Then like seriously 5...

'I fell for the good pictures they used for marketing. Our room key hardly worked and had to keep going to get it fixed. The room needed paint in a corner and was over sprayed. I get it’s an older building but it was a bad experience. Some stuff needs updated or work. I try to be good and more positive but I couldn’t with this stay. The cleaning staff are so nice and helpful though. Front desk wasn’t really. So glad someone was available to open the door when the key wouldn’t work to get in....

'Pretty basic standard American motel style facility, decent rooms and beds, although it could do with a lick of paint. As someone coming from "the continent" I'm not entirely sure the advertised continental breakfast was exactly that. Nonetheless I did enjoy the ability make your own fresh waffles. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I'll surely consider staying here again in future SLC visits. '

'We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Booked because it was a reasonable price. The hotel maintenance can use an upgrade. Seems like they don’t pay attention to details. The property needs some upgrades. I am not talking about luxury, I’m more concerned with cleanliness and upkeep. Some of the outlets weren’t working and room needed a deep clean. 'The hotel itself was nice, clean, and comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay overall. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk left a lot to be desired. When we checked in, we gave the front desk agent a card to keep on file. She specifically told us she was not going to charge the card, but then she attempted to charge it anyway. When the transaction didn’t go through (I assume because of a fraud alert), I asked why she charged it after saying she wouldn’t. That’s when she explained there...

'We stayed 2 nights because we wanted to see Salt Lake City. The city is nice but this hotel the worst we had in our 2 weeks trip to the US. Especially corridors were dirty. The whole hotel did smell uncomfortable.'
