'I was surprised finding this place. You'd never guess it was here. A decent little studio. The neighborhood is a little sketch (i know the neighborhood from previous experience) but you'd never know you were there while inside the apartment. The only real drawback is the intersection can be quite loud sometimes. This isn't something the owner of the property can't help so i wouldn't hold it against them.'

'We had a very nice stay. Perfect location for food, shopping, events, etc. The unit is in a very nice and well maintained area. We felt safe and at home. The check in an out process could not have been any easier-which is very appreciated. The furniture and appliances are in very nice shape. As other visitors have expressed, the property is well equipped for dining and relaxing.'

'This condo is located very close to shopping, restaurants of all types, and a movie theater. It's a peaceful, comfortable space and we enjoyed our time there. Latrice is very easy to contact with questions and she responds quickly. Everything was great.'

Some parts of the house are updated really nicely; others are outdated and in need of repair (e.g. holes in walls, cloudy full length mirror.)
