« 1. There was difficulty gaining access to the hotel. There was road construction on both sides of the road. We stayed for two nights. They did not clean or replace needed bathroom supplies. Fixtures in the bathroom were either broken or missing parts to operate. Beds were not made and room cleaned or rubbish removed. « The room was clean and the breakfast was a nice touch. The associate Marsha, was extremely pleasant, helpful and great keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked! »

« We arrived on Friday, and that day/night was great. On Saturday, it was completely different. Some people seemed like they were parting in the hallway outside our room, and a door kept opening and slamming shut. It also rained, and the drip or the roof...something was pounding so hard on the roof that we did not sleep at all and had a 7-hour drive the next morning. Not a fault, per se, but the roof/drainage should be checked out as that was completely unacceptable. »

« We were put on the first floor in a very dirty room. The window did not lock and there were exposed wires in the bathroom. No refund was given when we decided to leave and go somewhere we felt safer. »

« After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater. »
