Wonderful place. Elegant. Attention to detail was superb. One suggestion; grab bars in the walk in shower and perhaps a seat would have really helped our elderly friend.

We had a very nice stay at the house. It is clean and well-decorated, and the main area (living room, dining area, kitchen) is very roomy. The hot tub is great, and the location is nicely close to town.

This property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The listing as well as the positive reviews are all accurate. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glassware for different drinks. Both bathrooms had every basic need covered. (tp, soap, towels, shampoo etc) The attention to detail for little extras like coffee, kleenex, a bottle of wine, bottled water made this an exceptional stay. The area was safe and close to bars/restaurants and shopping. I had my morning coffee in the backyard and wished we had more time for the hot tub. Communication with the host was timely. Overall a well decorated house with garage parking. I selected Cedar City because of its proximity to both Zion and Bryce National Parks. I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely gorgeous home with all the luxury amenities. I felt like we were at a luxury boutique hotel. Super clean and all the extra touches make this stay feel like a dream. Super close to all the great restaurants and quick drive to the mountain for a day of snowboarding. Afterwards the swim spa was perfect. Highly recommend and can’t wait to book again.

Very clean and great backyard. I liked that there were towels for the pool/hot tub. My only complaint is that the propane tank was empty so we couldn’t have a fire. The house is beautiful and everything was very comfortable.

Beautiful home. From the minute you enter, you know it is a very well kept home. It is new and very clean. The decor is beautiful and the attention to detail is very impressive! It's located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything... restaurants, shops, entertainment, trail heads. Our last meal there was at the French Spot... highly recommend! The kitchen is stocked nicely with truly, everything you would need. Swim spa, putting green, lounge furniture, corn hole, and a great BBQ grill. Heather was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay! Excellent host! We will be back!!

Awesome House, Great Location

We stayed here to attend the Shakespeare Festival. It was a great place to stay and within easy walking distance of the Festival. The backyard and especially the very large hot tub were great perks to help us unwind in the evenings. I would definitely stay here again.
