Uzungöl mevkisinin yaylasında olan hotel. MuhteĆem manzarası, havası, konfor ve temizliÄi ile çok gĂŒzeldi. Yemekleri lezzetli. Kafa dinlemek, rahatlamak ve temiz doÄa için çok gĂŒzel bir yer.
Hotele giriĆte yatak kapasitesi ile ilgili bir anlaĆmazlık yaĆandı. Ancak hotel sahibi REĆAT Bey çok gĂŒzel jest yaparak sorunu çözdĂŒ. MĂŒĆteri memnuniyetine önem veren yaptıÄı iĆi aĆk ile yapan böyle iĆletmeciler her yerde...
« Absolutely fantastic experience. I've been to many hotels around Trabzon and this was simply the best. The suite was very clean, modern, had all kinds of useful amenities, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Special shout-out to Abu Anas for his great hospitality and his eagerness to accommodate our every need. They accidentally slightly overcharged us and he went out of his way to let us know and was adamant about giving us a cash refund. Absolutely class act. 10/10 stay. »
« This was a great place to stay. My room was clean and modern and I had a view of the mosque from my enclosed balcony. If you are arriving by bus, it is a two minute walk on a paved sidewalk to get to the hotel. The lake is a five minute walk where there are all kinds of shops and dining options. There are a couple of small markets on the walk back to the hotel from the lake. The only downsides were there was no fridge in the room and no AC. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. »
