'Our week long stay at the Otter Hotel was perfect! Very friendly and helpful staff. Using the hot pools and sauna while looking at the mountains was amazing. Two robes provided in room to wear to the hot pools was a very nice touch. Complimentary Roam bus passes provided. Free parking garage a definite plus. Ice machine also has a water spout for filling your bottles, this was a great bonus for my family of water drinkers! Highly recommend staying here. '

'Loved the quaint old time vibe of the motel in the woods and off the main street, but with all the amenities offered by The Canoe just across the street. The roof top hot pools and the view were absolutely incredible, Sudden Sally was delicious (and the happy hour deal phenomenal) and loved the size of the rooms and the bath soaps & shampoos!'

'The hotel is at good and quiet location with the bus stop at its door way. Yet it is not too busy as in the downtown. The room was well equipped, clean. I like the simple kitchen. However, there is only two sets of washer/dryers. One set was out of order during my stay. The other set was always busy. Yet, the laundry closed at 10pm. For the room, it sleeps 4 people, but there were only two chairs. I hope the hotel can improve these two areas. The AC unit control cannot turn off the loud...
