Accueil assez déplaisant: l’employé m’a demandé une pièce d’identité et ma carte de crédit. C’est inhabituel. Manque d’expérience? La chambre est calme et fonctionnelle, rien ne manque. On voit que le motel a un certain âge mais ça a son charme dans le style vieillot. C’est propre, bien chauffé et bien éclairé.

Un Motel très propre et un personnel accueillant. Cependant il est un peu loin du centre ville de Catskill. Mais je le recommande fortement. A very clean Motel and a friendly staff. However it is a bit far from the downtown Catskill. But I highly recommend it.

It is conveniently located close to hunter mountain and next to a really nice brewery and restaurant. It is quiet and the front desk is helpful. The bed cover had stains on, but the bed sheets were clean. Very basic / dated room. The mattress was in poor condition.

Seems that the owners were new and inexperienced as little things normally done in a hotel were not done, such as making sure room is in proper order before having customers use it (tub faucet was leaking), and room cleaned or fresh towels sent daily, etc. Hope they learn quickly as it is a beautiful area to visit and they are located in a not so busy scenic area.

We have a rental property in the area. We were all booked up for the weekend. And needed a place for the overflow of friends who came up. The front desk staff were super friendly and made the check in process a breeze. The rooms were clean as well as all bed linen. Raj at the front desk had great customer service.

This motel had bugs in the room, sheets had to been changed because they had stains on them. And the manager didn’t want to give us a receipt.

Def an old establishment. Checked in late 1230 pm, The room we got 110 was rough, the curtains didnt open or close and were broken off the clips, lots of dust anf grime on things, shower had hair in the bottom, did not dare to use, sink was leaking alot from bottom, old looking bedding, slept in our clothes. Old looking everything, we could hear the neighbor closing the bathroom door it woke us up then hacking a lung up coughing and gagging in the morning!

Kept on looking.
The motel was very dated and smelled musty. You had to park right in front of your room with hardly any room. Thank goodness no one was in the other room. We had trouble with the door. NO ONE to help. The TV didn’t work. So called and someone text that some one would come help. We waited and then finally gave up. No TV, no one to help. Small and no breakfast. Never stay here again.

The room was ok except for the cockroaches all over & bugs in the bed. Water was a crap-shoot. One time it was hot the next time it was only lukewarm. Did not clean the room daily OR provide clean towels, etc. I am thankful it was only a 2-day stay or we would have left. We do NOT recommend this motel to anyone

WORST MOTEL EVER
it was the dirties from i ever stayed at. i contacted the property for an early check-in. they were difficult but have me another room. Filthy, old and the ceiling is caving in. NO ONE SHOULD STAY HERE!

Motel was just alright. Room was suitable for what I needed. Service was quite poor. Check in confusion despite clarifying with a motel employee. Refused to give me a second room key when I asked and was told he would give me that “maybe later” Motel also cancelled the reservation of friends of mine who were also supposed to be staying the weekend. They arrived and were told there was no vacancy and their room was given away because the credit card declined, which was untrue.

A Stay During a Drive.
A no-frills motel, perfectly adequate to stay a night or 2 while travelling. Clean, well maintained, but old. The decor & playground date from the late 1950's - early 1960's. The grass is neatly cut. The playground well-maintained. The shuffleboard concrete slab is freshly painted. The pool was drained at the end of summer. The umbrellas are 1960's relics. You can tell they take pride in what they have. 4 stars because its old & a major refurbish will soon be needed.

This motel has gone to hell in a hand bag.
I got there at the motel and the owner and/or guy behind the counter gave me a room. He managed to open up the room and then couldn't find a key to the room, he told me he would be back with a key. Half an hour later I went over to the office and asked for a key so I could leave my room and go get food and drinks. The guy says I will bring it over give me a minute. I went back to the room then went over to the office to ask for a different room that he had a key for he down right very nastily told me NO. Then he had me wait in the he office while he found a key. I went and got food and drinks at the store after I got a key to my motel room and was able to lock it. I get back to my room and find out the TV doesn't work. I have gotten rooms from this motel in the past and was very happy with it. Don't know if new owners bought it or what but was not happy with this at all.

Never again.
Pretty awful place. Starwell going upstairs has flickering lights and filghty stained carpet. My son found a small basketball court/net in backyard, was stung by bees three times in a few minutes. One of the blankets was full of holes and had red stains (blood? Wine?) on it. Seems cozy on paper, but unloved and kinda gross.

This property is in a quiet area. It is not a fancy place, but a nice small family owned business. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. We would certainly stay there again.
