'Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night but otherwise good stay.'

'Quaint hotel, clean room with fridge & microwave. Our room was in great condition, clearly renovated in the past year or so. The bathroom was nice too. Nothing that stands out, but it was in good condition, clean and with plenty of hot water. The bottled water, fresh fruits and snacks were a nice and welcomed touch. Coffee & mini muffins are available at reception every morning too.'

'Just a beautiful romantic b and b in the finger lakes. We loved it!'

'Staff was nice but place needs an upkeep and to inform guests. Bar area and restaurant were closed to renovations. Never saw anyone working and we were not notified prior to.'

'Alles gewoon prima'

'Beautiful vintage bathroom. Comfortable beds. A little musty the first night but fine the second night. Convenient location. A few spiders.'

'I've been staying at this hotel for nearly 40 years. Rooms are always clean and staff is very helpful.'

But this is not worth $160+ a night when Syracuse is just a bit farther south. There are remnants of a quaint hotel with a dilapidated dock that is off limits and closed restaurant. It is clear that this hotel has two sides. The nightly travelers stay close to the lobby while the more permanent residents live near the back. ...

'Great location, clean rooms. The best part of the stay was the front desk attendant, Mariah. She was so nice, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend and will stay again if I'm in the area.'

'A great stay for our team while we were on the road!'

'Staff was absolutely wonderful, very friendly and helpful with all our needs. Bed is a bit hard, and uncomfortable. Hotel is under renovation but still maintened and clean. When leaving we did encounter a man slumped over in the passenger side front seat of his car, with door wide. It was a very scary situation, especially since the car was parked right next to us. Shared the information with the front desk clerk who went out to investigate but only closed the car door and stated person was...

'The property was very clean and well maintained and the service was excellent as well. But the hotel took advantage of the Syracuse University event to charge an outrageous $600/ night price for the room compared I have some yeah'
