'Rooms are decent but the walls and/or connecting doors provide little to no sound barrier between rooms. Stayed 3 diff nights and 2/3 was woken to the sound of folks having sex loudly in adjacent room, along with blaring TV. The sounds of morons using the main road as a dragstrip. Entrance mat area to lobby smelled like the day after mardi gras on bourbon street. Amazed non of the staff couldn't smell it and do something. Staff was pleasant fortunately. No comforters, just some cheap blankets....

'Good place. BUT .. as a security measure you’ve got to do a “challenge and respond” EVERY time you try to use the elevator to get to your room. They force a card into your hands if you try to take kids into the restaurant— it has laws quoted on it about no loitering with children in the casino area.. To make it clear you must show your ID to the security guard EVERY TIME YOU USE THE ELEVATOR.. and then use your card to activate the elevator buttons. BIT too much… I’ll take my chances and...

'The room was adequate and very well organized. The bathroom could use another hook to hold a bag. The check in desk clerk was not nice & needs hospitality training. The bartender & waitstaff in the restaurant were superb! Their manners were impeccable. The parking is very uniquely designed under the building which was extremely convenient. The location is close to and a 5 minute walk to the Hard Rock Hotel, but so much more manageable . I will definitely stay here again '

'Ample parking. Location perfect for our comediane performance at Beau Rivage directly across the street! Office and breakfast serving staff extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and kind! Breakfast was great, both healthy and comfort food! Accessible Room was easy-to- access, clean, comfortable and walk-in-shower was divine (bring a shower chair if it's needed.) Definitely will be our go-to place when we travel to Biloxi again!! '
