The masseuses at the spa, especially (I believe her name was) Paula are very skilled and helpful with sore muscles and joints after traveling. 'Een zeer mooi hotel, jammer dat de geluidsisolatie zo slecht is. Ondanks mijn kamer op de vijfde verdieping, werd ik ‘s nachts wakker van de trucks die het vuilnis ophalen en het bier leveren voor de volgende dag/nacht. Dit duurde telkens van 3 tot 5 uur.'

"The main toilets in the lobby & cafe were not clean. Breakfast during the week is served in the cafe not the restaurant. They have no plates & cutlery, use disposables only, feels like eating in a loud airplane. Not a 4 star hotel experience & very weird with respect to sustainability efforts in other spots of the hotel. "
