'Helaas werden wij gewekt door de alarmklok die blijkbaar nog op 5.30 stond afgesteld. Gezien de hoge prijs van deze B&B verwacht je dat dit wordt gecheckt! Erg vervelend! '

Check-in and check-out were seamless, and no detail was overlooked. They clearly know exactly what they’re doing. Highly recommended!'

'Fantastisch hotel. Heel tof en modern ingericht met in ons loft een zwevende slaapkamer. Goede voorzieningen, met name de keuken is zeer uitgebreid. Aan alles is gedacht. Op loopafstand van de hoofdstraat van Kingston met alle restaurantjes en de bootpier. Echt een aanrader. Enige nadelig puntje is dat de informatie voor het online inchecken niet doorkwam, ik denk vanwege mijn Nederlandse telefoonnummer. Dit was daarna alsnog snel opgelost.'

'The hotel's location is ideal, situated right on the water and within walking distance of downtown. The suite, which featured a double bedroom, a kitchen, and a double bathroom, was perfect for our stay. We were especially impressed by how clean everything was; the housekeeping staff clearly takes great pride in their work. '

'Parking my SUV in the parking garage during renos was fine. Check-in was fast and smooth. I was in awe when I saw my room, soooooo nice! The closet smelled brand new as if never used. Bathroom clean. I connected to Netflix on the TV easily. Dinner at the restaurant and breakfast brought to my room was quick, delicious, could be getter priced. I'm looking forward to returning!'

'Really nice hotel, it's about 10 min from downtown Kingston with the bus. The staff was super friendly! If you want your room cleaned you have to mention that at the front desk. They don't have to clean every day, but the garbage bins are rather small so maybe just empty them every day. For the rest I had a really nice stay here.'

'The room is spotless and we felt guilty about coming in with snowy boots. I suggest water absorbent rugs at the door, at least during winter. The beds were comfortable and bedding pristine,far above the quality in any hotel chain. I appreciate the rail and bath mat, being of an age that one needs extra reassurance in the tub. We would certainly choose Green Gables again.'
