« Room was very nice, beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful and kind and the location was very close to the Biltmore - a 4 minute drive.The property was also nice and felt safe, and had plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Coffee isn't readily available in the lobby - just in the morning. I like coffee at other times of the day, too. The coffee makers in the rooms....I don't trust those in any hotel. I had to wait 10 minutes to check out. The clerk was being overly helpful to a lady inquiring about local breakfast venues. That was nice of him, but she could have googled on her phone. Small things, but a good stay overall. »

Petit déjeuner immonde. Pas de pain, toast, bagel, confiture… rien!
Des œufs brouillés en poudre immangeables et des waffles.
Gratuit, ou plutôt inclus dans le prix mais valeur égale à zéro. Ah, j’oubliais, la préposée au petit déjeuner ne parle pas anglais et ne comprend rien à rien. »
