Hôtel près de Cathedral Church of the Resurrection (Lahore)

« Seul hic: la machine de cartes de crédit qui a refusé mes 2 cartes Visa au moment de payer. Le manager de l'hôtel a pourtant accepté de me laisser rentrer à Paris et que je lui fasse un virement bancaire le lendemain ce que j'ai fait. Je connais peu d'hôtels occidentaux qui auraient été aussi conciliants. »

« Un peu de surprise à l'arrivée car différence d'avec l'aspect du site internet mais la gentillesse de l'équipe rattrape tout. »

« Asked for non smoking room but they put me in smoking room with ashtray in it. Woke me up in middle of night at 4 am moving tables on first floor complained to receptionist, replied we are setting up tables for breakfast. Spider 🕷️ was running around on floor. Lots of noise coming from restaurant. Breakfast: left over from last night, stale bread, not covered. »

« Worst experience ever, the staff was very unprofessional, I booked my hotel room before I checked and they told me my booking has been cancelled. I I’ve waited for more than four hours and in the end they cancelled my booking which was already done two months prior. »

« The guest service was rude. They charge a deposit when you check in. The overall maintenance was not that great. Gym has only one compound machine. Swiming pool is okay. »
