'Very clean hotel with attentive staff in a perfect location. Kimberly, at the front desk, was very helpful though she could use the help of a concierge. Not an easy task to wear both hats but she balanced both. Izzy was lots of fun at the bar. I had a small issue and Kristen and the rest of the staff more than made up for it. My only negative is that the shade in my room really needed replacing as it was held together with large safety pins, and kind of an eyesore. Would definitely return.'

'Had a fantastic girls weekend in Charleston, and the hotel was key in that. The location was perfect. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool is luxurious. The restaurant was totally happening, and it had great drink options. Ee never heard the neighbors. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to purchase a girls getaway package that included a bottle of bubbles, a charcuterie board, in room massages, and gift certificates to local businesses. '

'We paid about 600.00 per night for the "city view" and our view was the back of the property, complete with 5 open dumpsters and a parking garage. Otherwise, the stay was really nice and the location is great.'

'The space was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was old (to be fair, buildings down there are old) but it is in need of a renovation. The cleaning supplies they use in the hallway/main areas gave me headaches. '

'Room was small but clean, staff is really nice except for the manager. Their computer system is horrible and was messed up, rooms getting messed up. People getting double booked in rooms. Walking in on other people who are in those rooms. Manager was no help. Left his front desk, girls to deal with everything.'
