'Friendly lady reception staff at the Hotel Arcs where we collected our key for our apartment 604, receptionist walked out of hotel to point to the green garage gates for our secure parking which was underneath the apartments and a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment was spacious and light, kitchen a bit tired but more than adequate, plenty of utensils and very clean. Only used the one bedroom, bed was firm which suited us, white cotton sheets. 'Personeel heel aardig en behulpzaam. Het appartement groot genoeg maar niet voor 1 week, de bedden zijn echt slecht. Max voor 2 dagen. De kamers zonder airco. We kregen een kleintje op de kamer. Maar het was erg warm terwijl buiten niet zo warm was. WiFi werkte niet in het appartement. Locatie is erg goed en zeker voor de prijs in Bilbao. Maar er is geen eetgelegenheden in nabijgelegen buurt. Je moet wel 15 minuten lopen. Al bij al acceptabel voor 2-3 dagen. '

'Nos pusieron 2 toallas de ducha y dos de baño para 4 días y 4 personas,nos faltaban sábanas para las dos camas abatibles,se iba la luz al poner el microondas,la cafetera tenía rota el asa...al coger el café caliente había que hacer malabares y en general le hace falta renovación de mobiliario,los digas con manchas y quemaduras de cigarrillo,por lo demás la estancia bien,camas cómodas y bien ubicado el lugar.'
