'Arrival found door code would not work. Had to call 3 phone numbers to get a person. Fridge was not cleaned, little hairs around the sink vanity, no hot water in the shower, no added deadbolt inside the room which inly mattered because i had a guy knock loudly on my door every night. No room cleaning by any staff. No staff on the premise. Windows were not locked. Tv only had paid options to buy programs or movies; nothing free to watch. '

'Great location. Lovely rooms. On the small side but very well appointed and designed. My only note is that being it is an older home turned into a boutique hotel, it can be little noisy ( just from people coming and going from their rooms in the normal hours), but otherwise no notes ! Lovely staff - so helpful.'

'I was very happy with our stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites. We were welcomed by the kindest woman at the front desk.She was extremely helpful as well.The hotel and our room were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our room was huge too! Great space. I also loved that we were right next door to a variety of restaurants, a grocery store, a theatre (which we did take advantage of), and many other businesses. The breakfast was ok (I am Vegan, so choices were limited) I will definitely...

'No doubt the property could use a reno - but for the price point, it was a perfectly good stay. The room and bed appeared clean, the shower ran hot, and the internet was smooth. The staff were also friendly. Would be happy to stay here again so long as the price remains positioned where it is. Couple things to be aware of - the bed was a little short for my 6' 2" frame so my ankles were hanging over the end. Bear in mind if you're a taller individual. Also, the road noise is quite pronounced if...

'Love the one bedrooms suites with full kitchen. King bed was very comfortable and the Sofa bed can sleep an extra 2 people. Amenities are very basic (soap, shampoo, conditioner)- no lotion, shower cap, etc. so bring your own. Rooms aren’t very noise proof: whenever someone shut a door above or below our floor it would be heard very loudly in our room. Parking is very limited so it’s best to grab a spot as early as possible when people start checking out at 11am. '
