'We really enjoyed our stay, what a wonderful place. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, comfy bed. Our hosts were welcoming and between us we managed some good conversations with our shared knowledge of French & English. The pool was very welcomed after a hot day and the glass of rose wine enjoyed after our swim was delightful. 'Nice and quiet chateau next to the river Dordogne. They make their own biological (demeter) wine varieties. Room was very spacious in a great old house. Superb bathroom. Simple but tasty diner options. Great atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity there is not much to do, except for a nice private garden at 3,5 km. Within easy reach from the A10. '

Delphine, the owner left a career in television in Paris to pursue her dream of running a guest house and she does this to a very high standard. We are clearly talking a labour of love here. She has thrown open her house for the benefit of her guests and embraced the project with enthusiasm. 'locatie OK , ontvangst goed / plezierig. Wij verbleven niet in het hoofd gebouw maar in een van de bijgebouwen . Een krakerig, knierepend , irriterend geluid in of net buiten de kamer verstoorde de nacht rust . Dit een aantal malen gemeld maar er kon zoals ik verteld was niets aan gedaan worden . Al met al niet goed en niet aan te bevelen . '
