'Zeer fijn verblijf in een ruim net en comfortabel huis, inclusief een privé zwembad dat heel mooi gelegen is. Er zijn nog twee huizen op het domein, waarvan een bewoond wordt door de eigenaar en het andere door iemand anders. Hiervan heb je totaal geen hinder. Ook de omgeving is zeer mooi en exclusief, alsook de afstand naar het strand, slechts 6 km met de verschillende zonnebad plaatsen is een grote troef. Kortom wij hebben een goede tijd beleefd in pescara.'

'We stayed here for 10 days in July with a group of 16 people. What a magical place. The photos are beautiful but the reality is just much more beautiful. The house has everything you need and it is so nice to stay in the garden, on the terrace, .... Both young and old have enjoyed the house and the pool. 'Es war ein super Urlaub, die Unterkunft war gut und die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Information auf der Website bezüglich des Pools war etwas irreführend, da wir alle nicht damit gerechnet haben, dass es einen Gemeinschaftspool geben wird. Dieser wurde sich mit weiteren Familien/ Gästen auf dem Gelände und in der Umgebung geteilt. Trotzdem hat man sich damit arrangieren und daran gewöhnen können. Mit den anderen Gästen in der Nachbarschaft gab es ebenfalls keine Probleme.'

'What a lovely house in beautiful surroundings! The house was fully equipped and lovingly decorated. Andrea is a very nice host. On arrival there was beer in the fridge and some fruit in the fruit bowl. The area is truly beautiful with views of the hills and the Gran Sasso. We'd love to come back sometime. Andrea, thank you for your hospitality!!'

'Ho soggiornato in questa splendida casa la prima settimana di settembre in compagnia di amici . Siamo stati accolti da Erica e Fabrizio simpaticissimi ragazzi. Ci hanno mostrato la casa PULITISSIMA!!!! Molto ben organizzata . Siamo stati talmente bene che non abbiamo avuto la necessità di recarci in spiaggia al mare che era distante solo pochi chilometri. Erica e Fabrizio si sono sempre prodigati a darci informazioni sui luoghi da visitare , dove appoggiarsi per la spesa, vari ristoranti....

'Es war unser erster Urlaub in Italien, aber definitiv nicht unser letzter! Das Haus besitzt alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünschen kann. Das Highlight ist der Pool, der Billiardtisch und der Tischkicker. Es gab Tage, da wollten unsere Kinder nicht weg. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. Auf der einen Seite die tolle Aussicht auf die Berge, auf der andern Seite das Meer. Die Vermieter Silvano und Rebecca waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Der von ihnen empfohlene Strand...

"The owners are great people, who do every thing for their guests. The beds are great, good douches, nice balcon to sit. The neighbourhood would be more relax if the traffic would respect the 30 kilometer speed limit. Extensive Italian Breakfast (lot of sweet things)For this B&B you need to be in good condtion because you have to clime at least 2 stairs to reach your room(no elevator) Parking place and free wifi available. Walking down hillto the beach wiil take 15 to 20 minutes. Going back ? Take bus4 or 4/ from the trainstation. Cost only € 1,50. The B&B hasa more classic interior decoration but its cosy. Nice place for a short stay 2- 5 days."
