Villa's in Castiglione d Orcia

'Our family of 11 stayed at the villa in early June. The owner and manager of the property were available and very helpful. The Villa was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the pool. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful view. Grocery and small shopping mall very close. Easy access to the towns in Tuscany. Highly recommended!'

'The host was very welcoming upon arrival and gave us a great tour of the property along with some area history. Such a peaceful setting. Really enjoyed the patio upstairs off the bedroom. Great views of the terrain by day and fantastic views of the stars at night. Very close to the enchanting villages on hilltops nearby (Rigamagno and Scrofiano).'

'Super verblijft gehad . Prachtige locatie en erg blij met de airco. Vriendelijk ontvangst en mooie uitvalbasis voor Siena Arezzo Pienza Montepulciano etc. . Dorpje dichtbij ( 10-15 minuten lopen ) met een goede bakker en een paar goede koffie tentjes restaurants en een goede gelateria. Het zwembad is perfect en wordt goed onderhouden . Op het ruime terrein heeft veel speel mogelijkheden . Top tijd gehad . Ook wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt.'

'The house has everything a family needs. We enjoyed the rest and silence, the wonderful pool, the nature, and the beautiful city Montalcino. We had very easy communication with Camilla and could ask her everything and had response very quick. It was nice to meet her when she and her husband arrived for the weekend in their own house. We will come back, that's for sure!'

'We had a super nice holiday at this villa. The house is lovely. The kitchen had everything that we needed. There were plenty of towels and extra towels for at the pool. The covered dining area was a perfect place for family meals. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet of the countryside and the beautiful setting of the villa.'

Callie was so responsive in answering all of our questions and it’s clear that she has put a lot of effort into making each guest feel special and welcomed on her property. 'Klassieke villa van wat oudere datum met klassieke inrichting; ligt zeer rustig in de bossen en heuvels; auto is nodig. Winkels en restaurants op 15 minuten rijden. Prachtig zwembad en verwarmd. Er zijn in de villa zeer veel faciliteiten (o.a. biljart) Host is heel vriendelijk en geeft veel informatie, problemen worden snel opgelost. We hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad en zijn tot rust gekomen; natuurlijk is de omgeving met alle mooie steden en natuurschoon fantastisch'

'Villa Gagnoni is a well restored authentic Tuscan farmhouse in a superb, tranquil "away from it all" natural setting. 'Such a quaint home, clean, quiet and beautiful. Close to the center of the very small town of Montepulciano. The host is very sweet and even cooked a cake to welcome us to their home. The view of the valley from the home is simply breathtaking.'

'Nice house and gardens, some of the rooms are quite small. Had issues with water and heater (the week we were there there were a cold front). Tomasso, the person responsible for the villa, tried to accommodate our needs and was always very responsive. Overall impression was good.'
