This beautiful villa is at the top of a hillside covered in age-old olive trees and woods, with lots of small roadways clambering here and there along the jagged ridges and opening unexpectedly onto splendid views. The complete panorama shows a seemingly endless floral-patterned garden whose colours change with the passing of the seasons.

Close by is Lake Trasimeno, the largest of the central Italian lakes, with its beaches, islands and numerous hilltop townships enchantingly set into the natural beauty of a still-untouched landscape.

In the garden in a sunny position there is a beautiful 5 x 10 m swimming pool (depth 1,20-2,20 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) and two shaded car spot. A few hundred meters far from the house there is a private tennis court to be shared only with the clients of the house VILLA DEGLI OLIVI and VILLA GIOTTO.
