Very good balance Price/Services - Beautiful Property

The property is very nice ; fantastic pool, wonderful garden, good parking, nice view, pool-house for outside diners. Giovanna and her 5 dogs are wonderful hosts. Her welcome is fantastic, her advises are appropriate, she is always available for help and super kind with kids. We have enjoyed our 2 weeks there and would definitively recommend this place. The only discordant factors are ; rustic bathrooms that could be a little bit renovated, a lot of mosquitoes (but I guess it's everywhere :)) and an unpleasant smell coming from a farm closed to the property (depending of the wind direction). Our month-long family reunion at Agritourismo Brolio Quinto was truly the trip of a lifetime. The 7-acre property is beautifully maintained with stunning countryside views, and the seven-bedroom villa exceeded every expectation. It’s elegant, comfortable, and filled with lovely antiques. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for family meals and gatherings.Giovanna was the ultimate host—warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from arranging restaurant reservations to organizing special experiences like a barbecue in the garden, a four-course dinner of Tuscan delights, and a private cooking class where we learned to make pasta and focaccia. The villa’s location between Cortona and Arezzo made day trips easy, and we loved returning to relax by the pool or enjoy family dinners on the terraces.Brolio Quinto is a true Tuscan treasure—beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming in every way. We can’t thank Giovanna enough for her kindness and hospitality. We arrived as guests and left feeling like family.

Wir haben einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht! Die Unterkunft ist ideal für Gruppen – wir waren neun Erwachsene und fünf Kinder im Alter von 1 bis 6 Jahren und hatten genug Platz, um uns alle wohlzufühlen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, man merkt, dass viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Die Bilder sind alle zutreffend.Der große Garten war ein echtes Highlight für uns, genauso wie der wunderschöne Pool, der gerade an den heißen Tagen für viel Spaß gesorgt hat. Es gibt auch zahlreiche Sitzmöglichkeiten, was für unsere große Gruppe perfekt war. Die Gastgeberin wohnt direkt nebenan und ist bei Bedarf jederzeit ansprechbar.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber als Verbesserungsvorschlag für größere Gruppen wäre es hilfreich, zusätzlich größere oder mehr Mokka-Kannen und vielleicht auch mehr Küchengeräte, wie einen zweiten Toaster, zur Verfügung zu haben. Für unsere Gruppe war es dennoch kein großes Problem, aber es wäre ein praktischer Pluspunkt.Ein weiterer Punkt, den man wissen sollte: In Sicht- und Hörweite verläuft eine Bahn-Schnelltrasse. Das ist zwar hörbar, hat uns aber insgesamt nicht groß gestört.Alles in allem war es ein super Aufenthalt, und wir können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Best Family Birthday Ever

We celebrated my wife’s special birthday at the Villa with our five grandchildren, their parents and ourselves, 11 of us. We all fit very comfortably in the Villa. The Villa and pool area, was spotlessly, clean as well as all of the surrounding grounds.There was plenty of space. Giovanna, the owner, was more than accommodating and gave us a much information of the area and help us navigate our wonderful celebration and vacation.

Under the Tuscan Sun

On a scale of 1-10 this was 11. Our host added so much to our having a wonderful four weeks. The house, pool and grounds are GREAT, but it was the personal interactions that made the experience extra-special. There were meals prepared for us on a few occasions two wonderful BBQ ‘sand a really fun and delicious cooking class held at the outdoor kitchen. When my wife was I’ll, Giovanna found us a doctor. When our dog was I’ll at 11pm she found us a vet. There were the lemons, tomato’s and herbs and olive oil that she provided The restaurants she suggested were all really good as were her suggestions of things to go and not do in the area.

Lovely stay

We had an amazing stay at this house in Tuscany. fantastic outside area with amazing view at the pool area overseeing Cortona in the mountain. it was centrally with 20 minutes to Cortona, 30 min to Arezzo and 1 hour to Florence. the owner Giovanni was super friendly and service minded. we had such a Wonderfull stay and can highly recommend this place to other who are looking for a place to stay in Tuscany

Gorgeous Property

Eleven of us stayed at Giovanna's property for a week. This included two thirty-somethings, one two year old and 8 sixty-somethings. We had an amazing stay. The property is everything you would hope Tuscany to be. There are so many places both indoors and out to sit, read a book, or have a glass of wine. Giovanna was a fantastic and responsive host, available whenever we needed her. She made recommendations for local restaurants and also booked one for us that was perfect. She also helped us connect to a chef who cooked two incredible dinners for us. I did learn that in Tuscany, unless you plan ahead, it is very hard to get local transportation. In the future I would rent a car to make things easier. Giovanna did everything she could to help us food shop and was so lovely. We had a great time and brought home some everlasting memories.

Perfect Tuscan Abode For a Large Family

Giovanna’s property was perfect for my family & I’s 5 day trip in the Tuscan countryside. We were a family of 10 with a baby & our dog & the property was ideally suited for us. There was something for everyone- whether you’d like to spend your days lounging by the pool on the property or exploring nearby towns- all is readily accessible. The best part of staying at Brolio Quinto is Giovanna herself- she was a wonderful host & assisted in arranging a private dinner for my dad’s birthday. We also adored all of her dogs- they were the sweetest!

Agriturismo Brolio Quinto is a slice of Tuscan paradise

My fiancé and I were searching for a destination in Italy to hold a small ceremony and celebration for our wedding. We are fortunate to have found Giovanna’s beautiful property. Ten of us spent a week at the property and had the trip of a lifetime. The property was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. We rented a car per Giovanna’s recommendation to access the nearby locations (Cortona, Valdichiana, and much more). The nearby town Castiglion Fiorentino was beautiful to sightsee, and had incredible restaurants. It had multiple supermarkets that made it easy to pick up food to cook in the indoor and outdoor kitchens. The train station from Castiglion Fiorentino is convenient and provides connections to Florence and Rome. This property is the PERFECT place to bring a group of friends/family to enjoy time with one another, but is also large enough to space yourselves out and not feel cramped. Giovanna helped to make our week so special. She got us in touch with an amazing group of chefs who brought us through an unforgettable cooking class. She also connected us with a photographer and DJ for our wedding ceremony that made it a night to remember. The chefs went out of their way to adapt their recipes for gluten and nut sensitive guests too. Giovanna makes magic happen, and her help and recommendations provided for an amazing vacation experience for our family that made our wedding unforgettable. We plan to come back soon. Schöner Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit 10 Personen und einem Kleinkind 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus auf einem weitläufigen Gelände, das auch jede Menge Platz für sportliche/Bewegungsaktivitäten bietet. Neben dem großen Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen gibt es auch eine Tischtennisplatte, Hängematten, eine schöne Außenküche mit Gasherd, Waschbecken und Grillstelle sowie genügend Sitzgelegenheiten inkl. Holztischen. Jeden Morgen wird der Pool und Teile des Anwesens von einem Gärtner gepflegt. Das Anwesen ist schön und liebevoll gestaltet mit einer schönen Aussicht vom Pool auf das Städtchen Cortona in der Ferne sowie auf die Landschaft. In der Nähe führt eine Bahnlinie vorbei, aber die Züge haben nicht gestört. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es sehr heiß, da waren die in jedem Zimmer installierten Klimaanlagen sehr hilfreich, wobei man dann aber auch die hohen Stromkosten berücksichtigen sollte. Und in den Sommermonaten ist eventuell ein Mückenschutz angebracht. Einige gut sortierte Supermärkte (Penny, Conad, Coop) und weitere Läden und Geschäfte gibt es ca. 6-8 km entfernt in Castiglion Fiorentino. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano gemacht und uns natürlich auch in Castiglion Fiorentino umgesehen. Giovanna, die nette Gastgeberin wohnt in einem kleineren Haus in der Nähe und hat uns bei Bedarf immer freundlich unterstützt und auch Tipps für Ausflüge, Einkäufe, etc. gegeben. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen.

Wonderfully Idyllic Tuscan Villa and Pool

We had the most wonderful, relaxing time at Giovanna's Tuscan villa and would absolutely stay there again the next time we are in Tuscany. We loved the location and the property was fantastic....expansive grounds with everything thoughtfully laid out; outdoor shaded dining spots, verandas, lots of seating options by the pool, and hammocks amongst the trees (our 15 year old son particularly loved spending time on one of the hammocks, reading his book). Giovanna made our stay even better by recommending and booking restaurants for us in the local towns, and organizing a chef to cook for us one night. We were a family of four with 2 teenage kids and another couple and we all left after 10 days very sad that our time there had come to an end.

Huset, hagen og bassengområdet svarte til forventningene. Det var god tumleplass for barna ute og alltids et sted å trekke seg tilbake hvis man trengte det. Man er totalt avhengig av å ha bil for være der, taxi er ikke tilgjengelig uten å ha bestilt på forhånd og da falt noe av friheten bort.

We Fell in Love with Brolio Quinto!

To say Giovanna’s property is special is an understatement. We enjoyed an incredible two weeks at Agriturismo Brolio Quinto, with close friends and family (14 in total) and our stay far surpassed what we had hoped for. Agriturismo Brolio Quinto is far enough outside major cities to truly enjoy the idyllic scenery but close enough to so many breathtaking little Italian towns that it really is the perfect place to stay. Whether you want to spend a lovely day poolside or travel by train to Florence this property has it all. With Giovanna’s incredibly helpful advice we were able to enjoy everything from the perfect takeout pizzas and bottles of local wine to outstanding 4 course meals with the most incredible views of the Tuscan landscape. Giovanna organized a cooking class and meal that was a highlight of our trip where we learned to make traditional Italian pasta from scratch. This vacation was everything we could have wanted and more and we can’t wait to return! Thank you Giovanna for a once in a lifetime trip in an incredibly special place. We truly fell in love with Agriturismo Brolio Quinto.

Perfect

There aren’t enough stars for this property or for our experience. There were 10 of us from 71-5, and it was amazing for all of us. There also aren’t adequate words to describe Giovanna! She made us feel completely at home and arranged a cooking class, a chef prepared dinner for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration, found a photographer for that evening, made reservations for us or recommended lovely places to go. She also made our grandchildren feel incredibly special. This is a place that our family will hold in our hearts as one of the most wonderful places we’ve ever been. We all cried upon departure- it was that special.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einer Villa in der Toscana

Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, tolles Ambiente mit den antiquen Möbeln, den großen Räumen und den komfortabel ausgestatteten Bädern. Wir waren 13 Personen ( Erwachsene und Kinder)und hatten reichlich Platz. Toll waren die großen Esstische im Wohnbereich und vor dem Haus. Die Außenanlagen, die Außenküche mit Grill und der Poolbereich sind sehr gepflegt. Zur Entspannung und zum Abschalten gibt es auf dem großen Gelände viele liebevoll gestaltete Plätze. Ausflugsziele gibt es reichlich, vor allen die kleinen nicht so überlaufenen Orte in der Umgebung lohnen sich. Vom Grundstück aus kann man die wunderschöne Stadt Cortona sehen. Giovanna ist eine sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Vielen Dank,Giovanna, für diese wunderschöne Woche. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Lovely vacation

We had a really nice vacation with 6 small children. Giovanna is very friendly host, she recommended places to visit, good restaurants and arranged a local cook, who came to the house and made a wonderful dinner for us. The gardens was the best part of the house, big terrace and table outdoors, lots of room to play for the children, fresh herbs and lemons to use for cooking and big pool. Every room has aircondition.

Wunderbare Ferien

Alles war perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut geeignet für Gruppen mit vielen Erwachsenen und Kindern. Insbesondere der große Pool mit Sprungbrett ist spitze! Die Lage ist sehr gut, viele Ausflüge innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten möglich.. Giovanna hat uns zudem sehr hilfreiche Tipps gegeben (shoppen, Restaurants, sight seeing) und war immer ansprechbar, vielen Dank noch einmal dafür!!

I can not say enough wonderful things about our stay here

Ten of us , 8 adults and 2 children, stayed at Brolio for a week. Everything about this villa is as advertised and better. It is clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and beautiful. From the moment we drove through the gates until we left, we loved every minute there. On day one we had dinner prepared by Lela and Fabio. It was a wonderful evening with delicious food, great wine, and wonderful interactions with Lela and Fabio. On another evening we had a cooking class. OMG what fun we had making a great multi course meal. This class was taught by Lela with assistance from Fabio and Julia. Giovanna stopped by to check on us and we had such a delightful time, plus great food and wine again. On two occasions Giovanna gave us wonderful recommendations for dinner in the village at great restaurants catering to locals with great food.. She also recommended places to visit. The villa is convenient to many hill towns. We visited Florence by train and drove to Sienna, Perugia, Cortona, Montelcino and visited a castle at a nearby lake. We used the pool which was wonderful and just enjoyed the beauty of the grounds. I am sure, I missed some other wonderful things because there were so many. Thank you Giovanna, we hope to see you again soon.
