Casa Giglio is a charming Tuscan farmhouse dating back to the late 19th century, beautifully restored with traditional country furnishings and creative touches that blend rustic elegance with refined details. This spacious property is ideal for families or large groups, offering ample space for up to 14 guests.

The house consists of three fully equipped apartments, each featuring a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, and a private outdoor seating area, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout your stay. Located just 2.4 km from the historic center of Castiglion Fiorentino, it is easily accessible to shops, dining, and other essential services, with the nearest supermarket only 1.2 km away.

This place comes with a decorative fireplace that is strictly non-operational. The lighting of fires within the apartment is expressly prohibited.

The farmhouse boasts a stunning, fully fenced outdoor area, perfect for relaxation and recreation. The huge pool with a sun terrace is exclusively for guests, along with dedicated children's play areas, a BBQ, and peaceful nooks to unwind. Enjoy fresh produce from the farm, including oil, wine, jam, vegetables, and eggs. For those who like to cook, the garden is a true treat, while the welcoming owners, Sara and Roberto, provide a personal touch, offering guidance or help when needed.

The pool operates from 1 June to 15 September, depending on weather conditions, especially during rainy periods. Please note that the fireplace is decorative only and cannot be used. The ground floor includes two bathrooms, as it consists of two independent apartments, each with its own bathroom. A dishwasher is not available on-site.
