Architecturally exceptional pool villa

In addition to the private pool, the unmistakable highlight of the villa is the enclosed courtyard: designed in the style of a medieval monastery courtyard, it enchants with its old olive tree and Mediterranean flair. From here, a circular path leads to the two separate areas of the house: two bedrooms and a bathroom form one unit, as well as the living and dining area, which is connected to the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a large built-in fridge, a dishwasher and an oven. There is also a washing machine, air conditioning, a covered car port for two vehicles and a barbecue. The villa has air conditioning in two bedrooms and a charging station for electric cars.
