The Cala Beach villa in the well-known Cala Pira beach is directly accessible to the white and fine sand beach.

The Cala Beach villa is all on a single level, is furnished with quite modern taste and consists of a spacious living room from where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the beach and sea which are just a few steps away, admirable from a large window that looks like a work of art by a skilled naturalist painter. It has a beautiful lawn garden and planted with Mediterranean vegetation. Inside, in addition to the living room, there is the kitchen and dining table with a guest bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms, all double beds and equipped with spacious wardrobes, one of the bedrooms has a private bathroom, while the others share a bathroom. All bathrooms have showers. On the outside towards the entrance there is an internal parking space, while on the outside on the sea front there is a garden equipped with a barbecue and enclosed with garden furniture to best enjoy a relaxing and well-maintained environment. All this relaxation recharges our body and spirit.

The Cala Pira cove is characterized by the Aragonese Tower on the left side of the beach, on the right side instead there are rocks where it is possible to go snorkeling and see the wonderful seabeds and many fish.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living room veranda area is equipped, as already mentioned, with a kitchen and is very bright. The villa was renovated a few years ago and completely refurnished. The panoramic glass wall looks like a painting by the best naturalist artist. The villa is part of a natural park and this shows the care of the surrounding environment. Spending a vacation period in this villa is certainly wonderful, unforgettable and relaxing so you can recharge your batteries for returning to daily life.
