The attic apartment is newly built and is located on the first floor (height 1. 60 / 3.30m). Accommodation suitable for couples, business travelers and families (even with children).
The accommodation is equipped with every comfort with an all-inclusive formula (except cleaning and tourist tax which must be paid at check-in). FREE WI-FI internet connection, air conditioning, blackout curtains and shutters • 3 TVs, one of which with digital terrestrial for foreign channels. It is expected the payment of the tourist tax of € 1.00, for each guest, for each day of stay. Guests under the age of 14 are excluded from the tourist tax.
The tourist tax must be paid to the owner upon check-in. The tax is not included in the booking costs.
