« It would be better to have a fitted sheet rather than a flat sheet for the bed. Pao de queijo would also be nice for breakfast. »

« I had a bad experience when I arrived, no one to help me with all suitcases and the room card doesn’t opened my door need to fixed that twice, and the breakfast room a lot mosquitos bit me a lot there . They left the AC off and the room doesn’t had a good smell, some mold or old dirty »

« Sempre me hospedo no Kastel. »

« Tudo impecável, do atendimento ao ambiente. Recomendo »

« The staff were very helpful especially in the restaurant. Hotel in general was good but not a real four star hotel by European standards. The room was clean but pretty small. The furniture pretty cheap. No loafers or bath gowns as you might expect from a real 4 star hotel. The pool lacked towels which you heve to get from reception every time . The towels were very small and of cheap quality. The proximity to the beach is great but there are no lying beds and again the same towels very small....

« Hotel três bien situé. Pleins de restaurants et boutiques autour. En face de la plage. Très bon Petit déjeuner. Je le recommande. »

« The staff were wonderful; the hotel is modern and located in a very safe, quiet area, with restaurants nearby and no more than 5 to 10 minutes away by Uber. You can go to other beaches with a 10min drive. The bar prepares great caipirinhas and other cocktails. Breakfast was good; it could be improved. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend it! »
