'Wij verbleven in dit pand in de maanden januari en februari 2025. Het pand verkeert zowel binnen als buiten in een aftandse staat. De advertentie laat een pand zien dat er verbluffend uitziet. De werkelijkheid is echter totaal anders. We schrokken ons rot. Als we dit geweten hadden, dan waren we nooit hier naartoe gegaan. Zowel binnen als buiten is het ondehoud zwaar achterstallig. De buitenmuren zijn niet meer wit maar groen uitgeslagen. De voordeur klemt en is sterk verroest. De tuinmeubels...

'Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in einem sauberen modernen und gut ausgestatteten Haus das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr über den großzügigen Pool gefreut und ihn gerne genutzt. Die Lage am Strand ist sehr vorteilhaft. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben hier schöne Tage verbracht.'

'El chalet es muy acogedor , muy bonito, el jardín y la piscina perfecto para relajarte y poder refrescarte cuando quieras, además está muy cerca de la playa que es preciosa, (unos dos minutos andando). En general mi estancia ha sido muy buena . También aprovechar para agradecer la atención e información que en todo momento nos ofreció la señorita Khrystyna ,una profesional inmejorable. ' The fully air conditioned property was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful pool and garden. Town main street, supermarket and bakery only a short walk from the villa. One suggestion might be to upgrade the sink top in the en-suit, and some personal items from a previous guest had been left in the bedside drawer, but this was no big deal. All in all this is a lovely spacious villa to spend your holiday, well located with secure private parking. Would definitely use again.'

'De locatie is schitterend, in het zomer seizoen is dit een ideale lokatie. In het winter seizoen is het echter wat een ongezellig huis en ligt het wat afgelegen. Er wordt geadverteerd met een openhaard maar deze kan niet worden gebruikt.Het huis was ook niet bepaald schoon toen we er in kwamen. Een tip voor het verhuurbedrijf Happy in the sun is om dit ook beter te controleren. Bij Happy in the Sun werken overigens vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen die wel meedenken tijdens je verblijf en we...

'This is a comfortable and well equipped property in a nice area...with the beach just at the end of the road. It has a lovely outside seating/bbq area. It has a few restaurants, a supermarket, chemist etc all within walking distance. It is worth noting that you will have to pay for the electricity used at the property, outwith peak season. And there is a 20E fee for picking keys up from an external safe at the agents office...outwith working hours (not just Bank holidays).'
