'Abbiamo trovato un Hotel con gestione familiare con personale molto gentile, cortese e disponibile. Menomale la camera era riscaldata, visto che il tempo era un pò bruttino. Purtroppo il termostato non si poteva regolare ma volendo si poteva staccare del tutto, in caso di avesse caldo. Quindi ok. 'Ok, you have to visit this place!!! Its a renovated 1921 winery manor house on a hill in the country! Our warm and welcoming host, Antonio used a translation app to speak ti us. Because the property is in the middle of nowhere i asked about dunner, he then asked about our dietary requirements etc. when we arrived he said dinner would be st 8. 'We booked a room, showed up before checkin time and they were not operating yet for the season. Mistakes happen, so we weren’t too upset as we found a nearby room at Hotel Portobello . The groundskeeper told us to get a refund thru Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel denied our refund. They said we didn’t cancel within the cancelation time frame?? This place is such a scam. I do not recommend unless you want to risk losing your money. '
