Goertz und Partner offers you for rent this pleasant south-facing property, offering a breathtaking view of the sea from its terrace. Located in the prestigious residential complex "Gran Reserva", this accommodation offers you an idyllic setting with its gardens and swimming pools (entrances to the swimming pools sold by the co-ownership, not included in the rental price). The apartment consists of three comfortable bedrooms, an equipped American kitchen and two bathrooms for your comfort. Entering on your right you will find two bedrooms. One of them opens onto a laundry room (2 90 cm beds, 2 40 cm x 70 cm pillows). The other bedroom opens onto a small balcony (1 135 cm bed, 2 40 cm x 70 cm pillows). In the hallway that leads to the dining room you will find a complete bathroom with a bathtub. Arriving in the dining room, you will find on the right an equipped American kitchen. From the dining room you have access to the third bedroom with an exit to the terrace facing the sea (1 bed 135 cm, 2 pillows 40cm x 70 cm). We have a second small bathroom with a shower. In the living room you have a large bay window opening onto the terrace with wonderful sea views. Enjoy moments of relaxation with family or friends in this unique environment. The property DOES NOT have air conditioning or free wifi. Sheets and towels are not included in our rentals (possibility to rent for €25/person)
