Home Select International rents this house and is located on Lake San Maurici in Empuriabrava.You can park a car on the property via a sliding gate. You reach the front door of the house through another small gate. When you enter through the house on the left there is a toilet and on the right there is a small cupboard with a mirror. Straight ahead is the living room with an L-shaped sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a fireplace and a television with German channels. In the dining room there is a table for dining with 5 people.To the right of the dining room is the open kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, blender and juicer.The stairs are at the entrance on the left. On the top right there is a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Straight ahead there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) with bedside table, lamps, fan, large wardrobe, TV with German channels and a window with a wonderful view over the lake. Then there is another bedroom with a large bed (150x190) with night lights, wardrobe, fan, TV and windows, which also offer a beautiful view of the lake. At the front is the second bathroom with a bath / shower combination, sink and toilet. The last bedroom has a 90x190 bed with bedside table, lamp and TV.Through the living room you enter the terrace, which consists of 2 levels. The first part of the terrace is covered. The swimming pool is in the lower part. The garden furniture consists of a table with 4 chairs and various sun loungers.The house has WiFiBed linen not included in the price, you can rent it for €15/person (sheets) or €25/person (sheets + towels).
