'Quick and efficient check in. There was one hiccup in that the drain for the shower was clogged and not allowing to pass through. We realised late at night after q day out so I just opened the drain and cleaned it myself. I advised the hotel via WhatsApp that evening. They replied within 5 minutes offering to change the room which we refused as we didn't want to unpack. In that respect the hotel was responsive to the problem raised.'

'Was een verblijf tbv een bezoek aan Rome. Niet veel in het hotel geweest. De locatie was perfect, de hygiene minder, ontbijt beperkt. Verbeterpunten zoals hier boven benoemd, aanwezig, echter zijn deze niet van invloed geweest op ons verblijf.'

Colazione self service con la macchina del caffè che non funzionava. Comoda solo per chi deve stare vicino la stazione di ciampino che è a 200 metri'

'My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was exactly as described and the apartment was very clean. It was in a very convenient location, extremely close to a pharmacy, supermarket, various pizzerias and the train station, all within a few minutes walking distance. Our hosts were extremely accommodating, kept in touch with us and made check in and check out a very simple process. We loved our stay and we will definitely be back. Adele and Alfonso.'
