Its exteriors have a large garden area with pool, lawn, palm trees, terraces and a magnificent outdoor dining area in the shade, next to the barbecue area. Next to the pool you will find a terrace with loungers facing the sea as a viewpoint. You also have chill-out areas to enjoy the coolness of the night.

Inside we find a dining room with different environments and large windows facing the wonderful views of the sea, the valley and the mountains. Right next to it there is a large kitchen equipped with everything you need for those who like to spend delicious times there.On the other side of the house there is the sleeping area, with the XL size bed suite and whirlpool bath, a second bedroom with XL bed, and another bedroom with double bed, in addition to another bathroom and a third toilet.

In the lower part of the house there is the billiards area and a space with ping-pong and a series of gym equipment to stay in shape even when we are on vacation.

The house is located in an idyllic setting a few meters from the Club Golf d'Aro and has easy access to the main coves and beaches in the area since it is only 4.4 km from the beach.
